Lead With Wellness

An Executive Reset for Senior Women

June 13 2026 | Dubai

Senior women leaders are 1.5 times more likely to experience burnout than their male peers  and the least likely to invest in structured recovery.

Women Board of Directors is changing that. In partnership with Lifestyle Yoga, at Shangri-La Dubai, WBD presents an intimate 2-hour wellness showcase: a science-backed, precision-designed experience for executive women navigating sustained pressure, cognitive fatigue and the relentless demands of high-performance leadership.

Rooted in 25 years of Himalayan yoga tradition and led by Sumit Manav — certified by BKS Iyengar and trusted by Emirates, Emaar and PepsiCo — this will be a performance science with ancient roots.

Expect breathwork for immediate stress regulation. Gentle movement targeting the body’s stress storage zones. A 23-minute Yoga Nidra reset equivalent to 2-3 hours of sleep. And an honest conversation about what sustainable leadership actually requires.
